1. Introduction

The Aqsa Edits specializes in creating customized wedding souvenirs, including gift boxes, ribbons, and other personalized items to make your event memorable. These terms govern your purchase and use of our products and services.

2. Order Placement and Customization

  • Customization: All products are customized based on the specifications you provide. Production begins only after all details are confirmed and payment has been received.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details. Please review your order carefully, as changes cannot be made once the customization process begins.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Calculation of Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. Since each order varies in size, weight, and quantity, the exact delivery fee will be determined once your order is customized.

  • No Free Delivery: We do not offer free delivery. The applicable delivery charges will be communicated to you and confirmed before shipment.

4. Customization and Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Timeline: Customization typically takes up to two weeks to complete. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least three weeks prior to your event.

  • Expedited Service: If you require your order urgently, we offer an expedited service with delivery within one week for an additional fee of $25.

5. Bulk Order Discounts

We offer discounts on orders of 100 pieces or more. Please contact us with your order details to receive a customized quote and discount information.

6. Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: Since all products are customized, advance payment is required.

  • Payment Terms: A 70% deposit is due at the time of order placement. The remaining 30% balance must be paid before dispatch.

  • Order Approval: A picture of the completed order will be sent to you for approval before shipment.

7. Delivery Location Policy

  • Address Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the delivery address or city. Please ensure the provided address is accurate at the time of order confirmation.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order after payment, you are eligible for a 30% refund of the total order amount.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation and issued to the original payment method.

  • Returns: To initiate a return, the item must be sent back to our address in its original condition. Once received, we will process your refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content associated with The Aqsa Edits are the property of The Aqsa Edits and are protected under copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Aqsa Edits shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review these Terms periodically.
